General Motors Executive Vice President of Global Development, Mark Reuss, recently announced the company’s intention to increase production of half-ton crew cabs—meaning you can expect to see a wider selection of rugged GMC Sierra 1500 models in our lot here at Danny Len Buick GMC.
The GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab is manufactured at GM’s plant in Silao, Mexico, though it’s regular- and extended-cabs are built at the GM plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The increase in production is part of a long-term plan by GM to improve its overall pick-up offerings.
Half-ton crew cabs from GM offer numerous benefits, so if you’re in the market for a new truck, now is the time to consider making that ultimate purchase. From their flexible and efficient size and weight to their more spacious, four-door interior, everything about a crew cab is more convenient than the alternative regular- or extended-cab options.
At Danny Len Buick GMC, we are always happy to see a customer drive away in a GMC Sierra 1500 pick-up truck, because we know that customer is going home with a reliable, durable, and high-performing vehicle. If you are interested in getting one of these long-lasting trucks into your garage, give us a call.
