The GMC Sierra pickup truck was just redesigned for the 2019 model year, but that doesn’t mean the 2020 model won’t have anything new to offer. In fact, the 2020 GMC Sierra is bringing new configurations and technology to the table.
One of the new features coming to the 2020 GMC Sierra is the available Enhanced ProGrade Trailering system. This system was already announced for the GMC heavy-duty series, but the company wants to bring its advanced trailering tech to the light-duty market as well. The Enhanced ProGrade Trailering system adds 15 different camera views to provide clear visibility when trailering. Part of what the system offers is transparent trailer view, which shows a rear view of the truck as though the trailer was not there.
The 2020 GMC Sierra will also improve its in-vehicle Trailering App by offering better mobile integration and adding more smartphone trailering tech. The SLT, AT4, and Denali models will be offered with a new advanced Adaptive Cruise Control Camera system.
You’ll also have more ways to get your hands on new Sierra features in the 2020 model, as tools like the CarbonPro carbon fiber bed and the 3.0-liter Duramax turbo-diesel engine expand their availability in the truck lineup.
Our team at Danny Len Buick GMC is very excited to hear about these Sierra updates. Stay tuned for more info as it becomes available.
